Elyse
Heard about it on the news too. Poor puppy. But also lucky. But I wonder if he'll develop any health problems when he gets a little older? Because those 2 failed euthanasias must have damaged an organ or two...

Kechara
Disturbing that they didn't check to make sure the heart stopped before disposing of the body.. poor puppy! Glad he's getting a home now though!

Staceybob
Unfortunately if an owner requests euthenasia you have to do it under whatever grounds they give. We had to put down a 2 year old staffie once and I really didn't do it. We gave her more than 2 doses of pentoject but she just wouldnt let go. It was really horrible. We had to do it about 3 times before she finally went. That was probably my worst experience at the vets. Stacey xxx
