Mash made with........

Fryed onions and beetroot in butter salt a pepper added to two boiled eggs and mash in potato simples :)

The pork chops was marinated in sweet chilly sauce and grilled :)

Should of put peas with it but could not be arsed laugh.gif

I'd been staring at this, utterly befuddled as to why you would make some sort of chop/mash combination to have with your tea, and then I remembered "Tea" can be a meal!

Only made this once before and going to make it tonight........

Ingredients...

chicken breast

garlic

butter

bacon

mayonnaise

the mad ingredient ritz crakers

To make.......

slit breast to make a pocket

Stuff with mixed garlic and butter leave enough room to close chicken back up

rub butter on breasts ( why am a laughing like a school boy ) lol laugh.gif

Rap breast in bacon

Here I go again rub a thick coating of mayo all over breast laugh.gif

Smash up ritz with pestle and mortar if you posh like me if not wrap in a towel and smash in to crumbs

Roll breast laugh.gif ( sorry can't help it ) in crumbs

Bake in oven at 180c for 25 mins

Believe me there yummy :)
