Dunc Posted March 11, 2011 Report Share Posted March 11, 2011 Roast potatoes done my way lol You need..... potatoes dohhh Garlic pepper sunflower oil after you have washed the cut up potatoes make sure you leave them to dry ( important ) Put oil in baking tray and put in pre heated oven when hot take out and place in potatoes ( be-careful hot oil burns ) lol basst potatoes then sprinkle with garlic pepper should take about 40-45 mins depending on size basst again around the 20min mark add chicken 25 mins before you know there going to be ready Enjoy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
