The result is Lee 1 - hire company 0 The result of this discussion is as follows: Full refund for the Van hire Free flight from Manchester Airport to Gatwick airport Free Van hire from Gatwick back to Blackburn including free tank of fuel I also offered them some free advice regarding customer services and suggested training of their staff in answering the phone when a customer rings and sorting the problem in an efficient way. lebe03 Posted July 9, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 9, 2011 All is well that ends well Flew down from Manchester to Gatwick 1hr Bus from Gatwick to Crawley 15 / 20 mins Pick up Van in Crawley and drive to Hastings 1hr Load Van 2hr Drive back to Blackburn 8 bloody hours (2 hours to drive 25 miles on M25) I so hate that motorway.
