Removed #1 Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 So I've been trying to get my toddler to understand that I'm having a baby. Yesterday it finally clicked but lord...how it clicked. She's pointed out that my belly is fat...something I appreciate oh so much...and has recently taken to slapping my belly while going, "It's dapinkbellypinkbelly! It's dadapinkbellypinkbelly!" Now her pink belly slaps are really painful...those little tiny hands and all. So we were sitting there on the couch and she started up again. I told her 'owieee....that' hurts. There's a baby in mommy's tummy. Dont hit' Her eyes went wide and she immediately grabbed my mouth, prying it open..."What happened? Don't worry Baby I'll take care of you!!!!!"
