RoseWillow&Dexter
We get up at 5 am to take Dexter to the toilet... he doesnt so much wake us up but we have super hearing and can hear them wriggling around and need to take him out so he won't go inside Before we got him he would just try to ignore Willow until we were ready to get up. She would pace up and down the hallway (quite loudly) and them if she wanted to get up she would come into the bedroom and mush her face on the blinds (very loud) and then coming up to the bed and trying to lick our faces lol then we would get up haha
mydiamond
THIS is what people missed on husky articles even if someone did a thorough research about this breed, usually they won't find-out that huskies are half-rooster and half-alarm clock! LOL I think every husky has this talent. Diamond is slightly different tho... He acts more like a timer. If it's already 6.30 and no one shows any interest to take him for a walk, he will start talking and howling as if saying: "TIME'S UP! Take me for a walk, you humans!" LOL
Removed #5
Misty's good about the wake up call. Sunrise over here is about 7:30 so she'll howl a couple of times; if she succeeds I get up, if she doesn't she goes back to sleep. I'm normally up by 8:30 anyway, by then the sun's over the mountains and in my eyes!

BlueWolf
I have a cat  who does that. Every single day he starts meowing in front of my door. Well, not so much meowing, maybe screaming is a better word. Every day between 9 and 10am. Not as early as with you all, but I'm still amused with it if I went to bed at 4am the evening before. The only thing he wants is to sleep on my bed, preferable after he pushed me out of it of course. Anyone knows how to TRAIN A CAT to be silent on command?! All help is appreciated
sutsibe
I'm willing to get up and let a dog out that really does need a pit stop, but get really, really cranky about being awakened for other reasons! The two inside dogs don't sleep upstairs anymore, as Shad can't get up and down them (and I can't carry him up and down them!), so I leave Tux downstairs with him. The cats will occasionally wake me up to pet them, and I am generally not very nice when they persist - they usually get dumped on the floor pretty unceremoniously! I do get up about 4-5 (occasionally 6) hours after I go to bed to let the boys out, as Shad can't hold it that long any more, but then I go back to bed! Most of my dogs would wake me when they really needed to go out by sitting or standing by the bed, staring at me - strange how that could wake me up, but it's the weirdest feeling! If I didn't wake up that way, Shad would give a very, very soft "wuf!":p
