The only translation I can find for nephew is "oi", I can't find any translation at all for Mokoto. Well, except finally for one

naive, guileless, simple-minded

Doesn't REALLY surprise me. I have a friend from japan I should be seeing today. I plan on asking him. Simple minded, naive work too. Ha ha
