MattSouthall
Yep, Storm almost attacks it, and treats it like some mysterious thing that she has never seen. Yet if we take her to one of our local lakes, she dives in smiling tail wagging.

Luna's Mum
someone once told me that metal dog bowls have a tendancy to make dogs paw their water...something to do with the reflections in the water. Luna use to do it with the water bowls at the kennel (metal) but she's not done it since we bought her home (china bowl)
Biggles
I have also heard that huskies paw the water as this is a way of them cooling their paws down. Bo just likes to paddle I think.
Biggles
I heard that huskies paw their water to help them cool their feet down. I think Bo does it because he just has fun making a mess.
