In March 2013 we apparently have 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays and 5 Sundays as well. So unless it states that is HAS to be in July, I don't get it August has 5 Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays as well.

It's like saying: "Celebrating your 10th birthday, it's an event that will only happen once in your entirely life. Make sure you don't miss it!"
