BlueWolf
Hope I didn't started something new here @Sarah As suggested, try the rice! If you have an old (unused) mobile phone somewhere lying around than temporarily put the simcard in there so you can still receive calls and texts if you, like me, don't want to miss a single thing.... or where expecting something important edit: And obviously don't try turning it on in the mean time. If it's still wet it can cause a short circuit and you can throw away your phone pretty much immediately
Sarah
i'd put it in the rice if i could get the back off - it's screwed on with really weird screws, thinking am just going to have to leave it a week to totally dry out - have found an old phone, just charging it now and praying its compatible
BlueWolf
I was unable to take the screen apart, but the water/soap behind the screen has now completely disappeared. And mine has been in a washing machine for at least 30 minutes, yours was just in a water bowl for probably no more than 5 seconds?
