loops
err isnt a caution just like a slap on the wrist dont do it again sort of thing?
Anne
Well I was kinda thinking the same dont really know i hope not ,it says at the bottom a report has been sent to the PF ,if all he get s is a caution its not saying much for the law I thought cruelty to any animal was an offence ................... loops
it could work to our advantage.. if anybody does nasty things they are called "animals" so therefore he is by default an animal....kick sh1t out of him and we'll only get a caution too! marvellous job done
Val (Zebedee)
not sure how the law works in Scotland, it's different to UK, but I hope it hasn't ended there
lebe03
Sounds like he's going to get away with it if he's only been cautioned, unless the law is different in Scotland. He should have at least been made to pay for the puppies veterinary care and been banned from keeping animals for life. Ideally he should have received a lifetime ban from keeping animals, a heavy fine, payment of veterinary fees for the pup, a lengthy prison sentence and a good kicking

Brooklyn
I hate people that hurt animals. Even if the law does get him, I hope his actions catch up with him!!!!
Elyse
Unfortunately, I think they just gave him a slap on the wrist and told him to not do it again. (I think that's what 'cautioned' means in law terms?)
