I'm liking it! :up: Animation looks very smooth!

I have a few tips, usually it looks better when slowed down just a little bit, it does not necessary have to be the same speed as what the video was. There is some white noise in the image that you can remove and (usually quite importantly with animated gifs) compressing the colours a bit.

Since at the moment I'm not doing anything useful anyway I played a bit with it, hope you don't mind :D This is what I came up with:

Speed is now 50ms (instead of 30ms), I removed the noise and managed to cut the filesize almost in half by using 40 colours only (instead of 255). Loads up quite a bit faster too now. :)

Actually, I didn't really know where to start...which is why I asked Jos. With his advice he gave me, though, I eventually figured out how to do it.

And Jos - do you mind if I use the slowed down version for my signature? I agree, it looks a LOT better...
