More pics! Sorry, just excited since this was a huge project for me, I pretty well re-hauled the entire sled so I'm pretty proud of the way it turned out. Still haven't got to use it yet D: It snowed here last night but it's warm today, +8 degrees Celsius so I'm not running the dogs. The temperature is suppose to drop tonight so I'm going to head out first thing in the morning tomorrow and take them sledding, EXCITED! As long as all the snow doesn't melt before then ;_; Starting to look pretty sad out.

Pretty well the final look of the sled, still need to attach the drag mat somehow but other then that, she's done :3 Had to reattach the netting, think it makes it look awesome! Very traditional-ish but a pain in the butt to put back on >_< Added the hockey tape for grippies! Go pro mounted and ready to take photos and videos <3 Knife on side encase coyotes try to nom nom on me and my puppies D: I think it turned out awesome!

Homemade foot boards and drag mat! Got the skid00 track off someone on kijiji for free, just needed to hack it up, then I drilled a hole in the back so that I could drag a line behind the sled... or to put a hook so it stands up against the sled while not in use. Still need to decide on the mounting method.

Foot boards were cut from an anti fatigue mat, not sure how it will hold up since I'm pretty sure that kind of rubber is not meant for cold weather but it was the only material I could find locally that would suit. This sled has pretty narrow runners 1 1/4" so finding stuff is a little tricky. I also cracked the left runner when screwing in the last foot board ._. However, a few clamps and some carpenter glue fixed it right up ^^ Can't even tell there's a crack, can you? :3

And I got a new bungee to hold up the claw break, last one was pretty beat up looking and pretty stiff since dad varnished it. Much better looking now that it has the new bungee. Wouldn't mind upgrading the claw break at some time, it's a little bent and not the best quality but I straightened it out as best I could... You should have seen it before >_<

And I figure I might as well throw in a couple pictures of my puppies <3 They are not very photo energetic, playing outside for a lot of the morning really pooped them out.

I'll update tomorrow (hopefully) when I get a video or/and pics of them using it. If not, I will surely have something on Monday because my new computer comes that will be able to render the high res videos my go pro takes 8D Happy!!
