I lost my step-Dad two months ago, after watching him fade away over 6 months from a robust old gent to a tiny husk. So I know how heartbreaking it is and the pain you're feeling now. Sibemum Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 Since last Friday I have been spending a lot of my spare time day and night at the Hospital watching my mother slowly die. She finally passed at 11.30am this morning at the grand old age of 96. RIP Mother I love you .........Ron Ron I am certain that whether she was able to say it or not that she would have taken a great comfort in you being there with her. My thoughts are with you...
