biking with Huskies

Recommended Posts

Hello :) i haven't logged in for a while its been a crazy few months.

I want to start biking with my dogs i found this nice path along the river that wouldn't be to hard on there feet but i don't know where to look for an attachment for my bike or what kind to get. i think i would prefer to get a side attachment rather then a front one to start off with and somthng that can take a lot of pulling without killing me  what would everyone recommend?

We have one called walky dog and are really happy with it. It attaches on the side and is sprung so safer for the dog, you need a harness with it (we didn't have one at first) if your dog pulls alot. Our previous husky just jogged gently along at the bike side but our new boy Kobi pulls really hard hence the harness. He loves it!

Have a look here there is a ton of BikeJoring and bike attachment equipment here.

I also have the WalkyDog and it's great. Just make sure the seat stem attachment is tightened down ROCK solid. :)
