Here's the remains of what used to be an elf. Poor thing, my Mom has had it for years(40+!) and now it's just...gone. The arms are what you see. He had his knees up against his chest and his arms wrapped around his legs. We found the other "parts" in the living room. Of course, that's his head and part of his torso. And then there's this. My Mom's Christmas pillow. As you can see, I caught part of one of the suspects on camera. It looks like one, or both, of the suspects tried to bury the evidence in the couch.
