sutsibe Posted January 17, 2012 Report Share Posted January 17, 2012 I just talked with Becky on the phone a few minutes ago, and she wanted me to leave a message on here for her Husky Owners family. Most of you didn't know (because she kept it pretty quiet), but she had a tumor in her uterus, and this morning she had a hysterectomy. She wanted you all to know that she's out of surgery, is feeling pretty good (although missing Rynnie terribly!), and is feeling like a nap would be a very good idea! She'll be going home tomorrow morning, and will spend the next couple of weeks mostly at home, recuperating. At the moment, she doesn't have a computer or Internet access at home, so won't be on the forum much for a while. I'll try to get my laptop over for her to use a couple of times a week so that she can catch up! Post your well-wishes here, and I'll make sure that she sees them... Becky has been telling her for most of the past week that in x many sleeps, she'll be gone for one sleep, and then she'll be back home with her girlie! She reported that Ryn was looking more nervous and had slept with her the last couple of nights, which is unusual... I went over and let Ryn out a while ago, and she was very happy to see me - I assured her that her mummy would be back home tomorrow! I think that despite the fact that we have a very cold and windy day here, Tux and I will go over in a little while and take her for a walk. She said that they had her up walking around a couple of times, and she thought she'd take another walk, and then think about going to bed for the night!
