Life-saving dog gets second chance of her own

Reading this just breaks my heart. These animals do so many wonderful things that we all take for granted but when they truly need us, most people don't have a dime to spare thanks to the economy and have to ask for assistance to save them; never mind the fact they are suffering from some irresponsible jerk to afraid to face what they did. I'm glad she's going to be ok, both of them, but it's really tearing me up knowing I could be in a situation that I will need to ask for a hand out just to try and save my pet

I really think that something NEEDS to be put in place for the animals but what do I know I'm just a dumb pet lover This was not intended to slate the owners or anyone else strapped for cash (believe me I sure as heck am at the top of THAT list) just really sad what things have come to now a days.

Aww that is so sad. I dunno how could people be like that. I posted a pic on facebook earlier of a german shepherd that got his mouth blown off with fireworks that I got from my friend since the original owner of the pic wanted people to post it to do something about animal crualty but I took it down cause it just broke my heart seeing it on my page. I even broke down into tears while talking to my mom about it because I have a GSD. I dunno how people could be so evil or so irresponsible,
