One of my specialist areas is weight loss, regularly giving weight loss workshops and even delivering on weight loss to the Army, and my book release on the psychological aspects of successful weight loss should be in May this year - if I pull my finger out that is! Sounds like you're doing it right, especially with the not denying foodstuffs! Remember everybody, diets don't work. Naturally thin people don't diet, go to weight watchers, buy low fat food, always look for healthy options, deny foodstuffs, do fad diets, obsess over food, obsess over exercise.... Fat people diet. Thin people don't. Want to be thin? Do what naturally thin people do... Everyone knows what they should be doing - eating less and exercising more - to lose weight.
