Val (Zebedee) Posted March 9, 2012 Report Share Posted March 9, 2012 Not too many people get to witness this as snakes often shed at night but both of my corns shed today and I was fortunate enough to video bits of one of them shedding without stressing him out If you don't know what happens, briefly, over the course of a few days, the snake will go very cloudy looking, then brighten up again for a day or two, then it sheds it's skin. If the skin comes off complete, your snake is nice & healthy. It loosens the skin around the mouth part and slowly starts to push it's way out of the outer skin which turns inside out as the snake squeezes out ....
