The best thing you can do is to create an YouTube account and upload it on there. Once it's there you can include it on the forum by just pasting the link to the video. Facebook is possible, however make sure the video is set to publicly viewable. Otherwise only your friends or only people who have an Facebook account can see it. IMO YouTube is much more easier as I often see people posting Facebook videos and there's always one or two who can't see it for some reason.
