Thanks, he has haemorrhaging something something gastro-enteritis. Can't remember what it is exactly. My hallway carpet is a mess, I only walked bear for 15 minutes earlier on and he poohed and peed in that time (he looked soooo guilty bless him). He will go for hours without needing the toilet then all of a sudden he goes and goes repeatedly!

I'm just nervous as I am back at work next week and I don't want to leave him like this :(

As of Monday this week, I'm happy to say that ice is getting better at last. He still varies throughout the day between formed poop and ice cream poop but that's normal for him. He's had full bloodworks done and it came back clear. Protein was on the lower end of normal but vet felt this was due to him being unwell when it was done.and as he's improving it's probably nothing to worry about. No more bloody water, yay!! I've got my icy boy back x x x x

Thanks I gave him the wainwrights vegetable hypoallergenic chews and he didn't agree with them, so I was afraid to try real carrot incase that did the same thing. ANY change to diet seems to disagree with him. Might try it eventually though. Just a small bite at first and wait to see how his body copes.

I bought a pack of carrot batons a few days ago and have been giving him one baton/strip per day. Haven't noticed any firming up but perhaps it's too soon, or I'm being too stingy with the portions!
