SammytheHusky
Just wondering, because I have let my dog drink a little cranberry juice once or twice. Not much, maybe 1 or 1/2 cup. I want to know if doing this will make her sick or if it's ok every once in a while.
Removed #5
Let me respond with "If your dog has a urinary tract infection, just as in humans, cranberry juice will acidify it and help cure it." Take your best answer from that .... (( if that's too circuitous, it's not a problem and can be beneficial ))

Ayr, thanks for that reminder - sugar substitutes are extremely bad for dogs!!
SammytheHusky
Well the container says 100% juice, and I don't see anything bad... wait are apple juice and aronia berry juice ok too? It says they're mixed in.
Removed #5
Apple juice is not a problem, apple pips (seeds) are a major problem as they contain arsenic. A quick web search show a couple of sites selling aronia berry extract for dogs ( and people ) since it's an anti-aging (anti-oxodant) berry. So, if you're certain that the sugars in it are natural sugars, and he likes it then it should be good for him - but like all things moderation cranberry juice has different effects on different people ( for some it's a natural laxative, ala prune juice ) and I ppresume it'd have the same possible effects on dogs. Huskies On The Go
Don't know much about that sorry can't help you. All I know is not to give me dog juice she had a bad aftereffect to the juice.
sutsibe
LOL, I frequently have given my guys either dried cranberries or cranberry extract when they've had mild urinary tract infections - seems to work quite well, and they've never reacted adversely to it...
