Dave Posted April 18, 2012 Report Share Posted April 18, 2012 Husky Owners F1 Bets – GuideEach player begins the race weekend with 200 Husky Dollars (HD) You play by placing an amount of HD on each criteria until you have no remaining HD from the 200 you began with. The winner is the player with the most HD at the end of the race 1 – ‘Race’ – This is just to avoid any confusion, getting the race right does not gain you any Husky Dollars! 2 – ‘Pole Position’ – If you get the racer on pole position correct you get 2x your bet. 3 – ‘Podium + Stops’ – Of the six criteria you get 1x your bet for each correct answer. For example if you get 1st, 2nd and 3rd correct, you get 3x your bet. If you only get first and second you get 2x our bet. Up to 6x your bet if you get all 6 correct. The number of stops will only be counted if the podium position is correct. 4 – ‘Safety car + Lap’ – If you are correct about safety car deployment you get 2x your bet if you also get the lap deployed right you get 4x your bet. 5 – ‘Last Place' (No 'lapped' limit, last to finish) – If you get this right you get 2x your bet 6 – ‘Fastest Lap’ – if you get this right you get 2x your bet The table so far: The Bets: Please write your bet in the format used below, I will update the thread on Friday once all bets are locked in. Race distance: 57 laps = 308.23 kilometres, 15 corners in total, mostly medium speed, with three long straights Aerodynamic setup – Medium downforce. Top speed 322km/h (with Drag Reduction System on rear wing) – 310km/h without. Full throttle – 50% of the lap. Total fuel needed for race distance: 150.8 kilos. Time spent braking: 16% of the lap. 7 braking zones. Brake wear: High. Loss time for a Pit stop = 18.6 seconds Total time needed for pit stop: 22.6 seconds.
