Mainly because we all CHOOSE to chip our dogs for our peace of mind and our dogs safety. I still don't agree with compulsory chipping. Mainly because I don't see how that will prevent dog attacks!? I'm really struggling with the connection other than its easier to find someone to sue for money AFTER the fact. Surely it would be better to PREVENT attacks?? Or am I just naive?
