Already did this, but click where indicated, and then a blue screen appears and have to back out. Sally is having the same problem. Can access no problem using forumrunner. sutsibe Posted May 11, 2012 Report Share Posted May 11, 2012 I had the same thing come up (using Safari) - when it came up, the screen flashed light blue. If I moved my cursor away, I could see the message again, and eventually I could click on the link to my profile to update. It "needed" my real name... I was finally able to click on the link but it took a couple more tries to avoid the blue box to input the appropriate info it 'required'.
