Mazz
We have this bridge in our area, it's a rail bridge for trains, that passes over US 61 in downtown Davenport, Iowa. I can remember as a kid, when a milk tanker got ripped open by this bridge, and milk was all over the street. Over the years, all kinds of trucks (semis), I think they are called "lorrys" (sp) in the UK, have hit the bridge and been pealed open. Mazz
holy cow! hahhaa that's crazy. Is there not a warning of clearance for truck drivers? or are that just slow? lol That's the thing. About ten years or more ago, they put up a warning system with flashing lights and signs to notify the driver to turn off. And yet they persist to run into the bridge.
