I was particularly bothered by the fact that some of his children only recieve less than $1.50 per month. I'm against involuntary < lost the word, the ability to father children > but in cases like this I do have to think twice. << tacky >> Maybe if he were in jail for failure to pay child support he'd not be able to father any more??? What's sad is most likely most of those children's are going to grow up with the same mentality, have babies and let the government pay.
