PoBD Posted May 25, 2012 Report Share Posted May 25, 2012 We had neighbors like that with 3 English bulldogs, never played with them, never checked on them....they were outside in the heat the cold the rain etc. made me mad. The dogs just disappeared one day, dunno what happened to them. The people are still here, going on like the dogs were never there. I understand some dogs are kept outside but st least the owners care about them and have shelter for them.
