Mieshka Posted May 25, 2012 Report Share Posted May 25, 2012 So, my new Purple SASS harness arrived this morning, and the collar to match They look amazing! But Mieshka is scared of it, she wont let me put it near her and when i do she runs, i tried the technique for a couple hours of having a treat and when she sniffs it praise her and give her one but it still isnt making her any better or like it. Sid_Wolf Posted May 25, 2012 Report Share Posted May 25, 2012 many dogs dont like having harnesses put over their heads, mine run from their x-backs, yet once on they're fine. I just get hold of them, stand with one leg either side of their ribcage and hold them with my legs while i slip the harness over.
