That is amazing - not that there is such a list, but that the government can be forced to reveal these words. Surely it is in the interest of the law abiding citizens that this not be revealed. I am not a US citizen, so don't have a say in what happens there, but I would definitely not like terrorists having a list of words to avoid in future. Maybe I am missing something here ........

There aren't many on that list that I would use in day-to-day concersations anyway :)
