Like yeah it was a jerk thing to do...but you're really using the legal system to prosecute people who fired waterguns filled with pool water from a moving vehicle? UGH. Kindergartners can't play cops and robbers in school because it violate the zero tolerance policy and will get a five year old suspended. Okay, I agree that they weren't kids, at 18 plus they all fall into the adult category, and yeh, it was a stupid thing to do since the victims didn't have any way to really know what had just been squirted at them. Had I done what they did, at their ages, I'd have had the pleasure of apologizing and probably pay for having their clothes laundered - but this is post 9/11 and everyone's afraid of all sorts of things that will probably never happen.
