Im using My Fitness Pal too on my iPad and have lost 2lb so far

Im keeping on top of the calories, carbs, fats and protien but not the sugar! Seems im addicted to sugar I think :S oh dear

I was taking my boys out for about 2 hours a day but now the summer has finally arrived, its been way too hot for them so ive been walking for about 45mins 3 times a week to catch bus into work and Im walking as far as I can along the bus route so can walk further but still not miss the bus! If I wasnt having my hair done today I would have left early and walked all the way to work, I may do tomorrow as its soo damn hot!
