basketcase687 Posted July 24, 2012 Report Share Posted July 24, 2012 I have 4 fitness friends!!Having that many means double walks for me when I'm on my own( 2 x 2 dogs).right now I'm averaging 3 hours a day,and that's all the exercise I need!! siberian_wolf Posted July 24, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 24, 2012 Im using My Fitness Pal too on my iPad and have lost 2lb so far Im keeping on top of the calories, carbs, fats and protien but not the sugar! Seems im addicted to sugar I think oh dear I was taking my boys out for about 2 hours a day but now the summer has finally arrived, its been way too hot for them so ive been walking for about 45mins 3 times a week to catch bus into work and Im walking as far as I can along the bus route so can walk further but still not miss the bus!
