More bad neighbors ..

Ok, getting frustrated. I live in a 4plex, and my downstairs neighbor's kids are causing my dog problems. Whenever I take him out the kids run up yelling and shoving each other to get to my dog. They are not supposed to approach him without permission and he gets freaked out with a bunch of little kids pawing at him. I'm worried he'll knock one over or even nip and who could blame him? They range from 3-9 years old and I have talked to the parents many times. When a parent is out there they get a half-hearted "leave the dog alone" but 95 percent of the time the kids are left ALONE for hours! Short of a word to Social Services, which I don't want, how can I keep the little (grrrrr) darlings away from my dog? I feel like biting the parents!!!!:@

sorry about that. is it possible to mention it to police who can record your concerns. That way IF something happens,if these concerns are on record you possibly wont be in the same situation as shadow the mal. i do hope you get something sorted

Just like with dogs bad parents make for naughty disrespectful kids. I don't really like kids much and its because most parents I see just don't know how to control their kids or just don't care to and let them run wild. I was taught to behave in public and to respect those older than me. The same can't be said for many in these days ...
