Circe Posted July 22, 2012 Report Share Posted July 22, 2012 Ok, getting frustrated. I live in a 4plex, and my downstairs neighbor's kids are causing my dog problems. Whenever I take him out the kids run up yelling and shoving each other to get to my dog. They are not supposed to approach him without permission and he gets freaked out with a bunch of little kids pawing at him. I'm worried he'll knock one over or even nip and who could blame him? They range from 3-9 years old and I have talked to the parents many times. When a parent is out there they get a half-hearted "leave the dog alone" but 95 percent of the time the kids are left ALONE for hours! Short of a word to Social Services, which I don't want, how can I keep the little (grrrrr) darlings away from my dog? I feel like biting the parents!!!! I don't really like kids much and its because most parents I see just don't know how to control their kids or just don't care to and let them run wild.
