mydiamond
http://www.lifewithdogs.tv/2012/06/dog-napper-steals-tethered-canine-leaves-note-explaining-theft/ story is unclear but this is quite shocking, actually... Just because a dog is living as an outside dog doesn't mean you have to steal him =\
loops
oh dear if that person saw my three in my yard i'd be on death row!.. it looks like a des res of a run but it is strange that it stands alone so far from the house
mydiamond
this story is lacking info. Is Aspen really neglected or not? =\ but honestly even if they DO neglect Aspen this is not the right way to rescue him. Can't they give the SPCA a ring or have a talk with the owners? =\
simhauu
Since the person wrote "veterinary care" on the letter I'd just contact the vets around where you live. Unless it was some vet who took him. He seems to have been neglected but the woman has at least one small child, so might have not wanted to hurt her kid... Where's police to take fingerprints off the paper and work out what printer printed it and who sold the paper to that thief!? But really... two signs to get the dog back won't help. And just look how small the photo is. D:
Povodny
I'm sure I've read something similar before
