I joined your forum because 2 days ago after much research on the breed we adopted a 2 year old female Husky we are experiencing some issues with her transitioning into our home which I will ask for advice on in the appropriate area but we felt the best way to go was to adopt an older dog instead of purchasing a puppy. We wanted a highly intelligent active dog to keep up with our outdoors lifestyle which is why we ultimately decided on Ginger. She is unfortunately having a difficult time as this is her second re-homing in a short amount of time but we are committed to giving her a lifelong home and working through any issues she has.
