Stairs

My dogs almost 8 months and she climbs the stairs, has been since she was a small puppy. I personally don't see the problem. If you carry your pup up and down the stairs all the time, they will always expect it! This probably goes with most sayings, in moderation: obviously don't let your puppy constantly run up and down stairs but I can't see the harm once in a while or a couple times a day, just not in excess. Just my opinion!

Read it in a book we bought on Siberian huskies, as we want to put crate in our bedroom we were starting to think would be a nightmare if every morning and night we had to carry him until he was 1! Will be using stair gate during day to stop him going up so will literally be twice a day. Thanks guys feel relieved now, reading up is great but so many contradictions that can scare found another site today listed siberian huskies as the 4th worse breed for attacks on children, yet majority say great breed with kids. We have decided we have read enough books and searches on Internet and from now on going to stick to this site where people own huskies and share their experience not just their opinion.
