There have been incidents where yellow lines have been painted over cars, over dead animals, and one where they moved a car out of the way, painted the lines, then moved the car back. I have seen pics where a dead animal (badger or something) has been left in a gutter & they painted AROUND it!! Two yellow squiggly lines left when the carcass was removed! Classic .......
