Removed #5
I voted "Not Sure", if we - as responsible dog owners - start depending on "clues" that we expect others to see and be aware of, aren't we being lax in our responsibilities? Red Bandana's at camp - sure, because everyone knows what they mean (right?!?) I'm sure the constable will accept "I have the yellow bandana there and they still walked right up on him! It's not my fault he bit!" In some cases I think it's fine, but for the general (ignorant) public - I don't think so, we have to keep our guard up when we have a dog that may not behave just right all the time!
