Pair banned from all you can eat restaurant for eating too much!

All these places have a policy that as long as you don't load up a plate leave most of it then go back for more you can "eat as much as you like"

It's a wastage policy.

However I think these guys could get the restaurant under the trades description act.

If they can show that they were not wasting food then going back for more, then the restaurant MUST honour their charter of ALL YOU CAN EAT.

but the restaurant can also ask anyone they want to leave and not return as long as it's not discrimination of race, gender, or sexual orientation. so there's really nothing they can do about it. i work at a local restaurant and my boss (the owner) is by no means filthy rich. it's his life. it's not fair for these two toolbags to come in and ruin his business. like the article said it wasn't necessarily how much they ate but how it was affecting other customers.
