Luna's Mum
I suffered all of last winter...and all of our useless British summer, in a windproof but certainly not waterproof sailing jacket. Well, my lovely other half bought me a new jacket and I LOVE IT!!! I would fully recommend it to any dog walker! It's slightly longer than a standard coat so keeps the top of your legs & bum dry, the hood has a proper peak so your head and face is sheltered...big bonus when you wear glasses and are rendered virtually blind when rain beads on your specs! And the best part? The silly wotsits have guaranteed it 100% waterproof for 3 years!! So if it does happen to leak in that time I get a brand new coat! YAY! Seriously, if you are without a waterproof coat...get this one!! http://www.mountainwarehouse.com/womens/clothing/waterproof-jackets/hurricane-womens-long-jacket-p6927.aspx?cl=BLACK

stormchaser09
looks great. I was lucky enough to have been given a Musto long riding coat and it is amazing for those wet walks, it's below knee length and has an extra small cape part to make sure it doesn't leak at the shoulder area. Only downside is the colour as it is a bright mustard colour, but as it didn't cost me anything I can't complain.

Luna's Mum
Actually, it's not massively warm on it's own but because it's waterproof you can wear a snuggly jumper underneath and have no worries that it's going to end up soggy! BingBlaze n Skyla
Does it keep you warm? Not that I can afford it but maybe one day Sent from my ST18i using Forum Runner
Luna's Mum
Not if I'm just wearing a tshirt underneath but I just wear a tshirt and a jumper underneath and I'm toasty! Obviously I haven't had it for a full winter yet but because it keeps me completely dry it means i stay toasty! That and running around with the furkid!!
