Stormy Posted November 30, 2012 Author Report Share Posted November 30, 2012 Had my interview this morning I feel it went really well lasted for around 50 minutes the manager was really nice. Answered the same sort of questions that I did on the telephone interview and had a chat basically. He said to me my answers were really strong and i've got top marks basically.. he also said he is thinking outside the box and for the future of sainsburys and can see me progressing onto a supervisor role in the very near future. I have to wait around a week - 2 weeks as because sainsburys have changed their interview process the managers cannot choose when people come into interviews (he doesnt like this new system!) so he said he has another 2 people to interview and will let me know asap! But from what he was saying it sounds pretty promising i'll be quite surprised if i dont get it but you never know what these other 2 people will be like but fingers crossed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
