RedJasper Posted December 6, 2012 Report Share Posted December 6, 2012 Well I have added number 3 to the pack. Introducing Vader. Vader came to us on November 1st. We had taken Rusty to the vet on October 30th to have his stitches removed. The vet informed me that the a local animal control had a beautiful black/white that needed a home and was due to be put down on November 2nd. I found him a home that fell through. I gathered up Rusty and we went to meet Vader. We brought him home. He was not socialized, did not listen, and had the energy of a puppy. We took him to the vet and that did not go so well (he has a fear of the vet). They believe him to be no more then 2 years old. He weighed 76 pounds. He has heartworms . Through testing they are all same sex so he is lucky there and they can not reproduce. He is getting treated.
