Emma
Bear had blown everywhere except her neck. that's getting ready to blow any day though. Ice on the other hand has never blown, he just sheds very heavily. Does Timber usually blow? Could the difference be a husky vs mally thing? Their coats are denser (usually) so may take a bit longer to kick in? Edited December 31, 2012 by emma1979

rose
our 4 are starting to moult now too, possibly because of the odd weather we have had as not been that cold lately.
Sid_Wolf
i'd assume its because of the very cold week or so which has now passed and its warmed up again as it would in spring Kira is blowing like crazy, i just brushed her and filled up my hoover twice, grey isnt atm and keyu never blows

Removed #2
We've been shedding much more than normal. I think cause it's so cold outside but warm inside and they are still in more than outside. Nobody is really blowing, but all three are shedding more than normal for this time of year. Mollys_mum
Phew! I thought I had the central heating racked up too high! I don't know why Timber doesn't blow, Emma, but so glad he doesn't. He needs every hair he can get right now!
StaceyLK
My dog has just started blowing again too but only on his legs and chest, we didn't have him last winter so didn't know if it was normal at this time of year although a Husky we know is shedding in the same places so we put it down to the weather being warm. Povodny
Peppa's gone into full swing lol she went poof! At the weekend. We haven't had the heating on at all so far this winter, its been fairly warm apart for a couple of days. And because our living room is upstairs, its really warm in the evening. If we had the heating on we'd melt
