LittleLuka Posted January 2, 2013 Report Share Posted January 2, 2013 it's horrible and i'm not happy with the RSPCA at all but i have mixed views. The owner dumped their dog at a shelter and then when they decided they could have it back it was too late. I understand circumstances but if i had to give my pets up i would re-home them not dump them at a shelter. IMO, it's like asking for it.
