Nice photos Emma, looks like everyones having fun in the snow with their fur buddies except me:(

Gary.

You haven't got any at all in Cambridge? You can share mine if you like. :D

Lovely photos :) The kitties don't seem too impressed :lolman:

No, they certainly weren't. The blue eyed kitty cat had never seen snow before and just sat there crying, lol.

If I remember correctly, and it's difficult at my time of life, the last time Cambridge had any decent snow, around 3-4 inches, Kent was missing as they'd had around 3ft. Must have been about 10 or so years ago. They were showing pix on the TV of cars going along a road in Kent with walls along the road around 6-8 ft high.

Happened a couple years back here too. Snow was trying to go over the top of my Wellington boots. Seems we escaped fairly unscathed this time though. I'm quite surprised Cambridge doesn't seem to get affected, may be a positional thing? Middle England sheltered to some degree?

The top of the new travel lodge that they are building in town is about sea level. Cambridge is in a dip so we get very little snow.

Gary

Little snow but according to a tv show a few years back that I watched, it's apparantly one of the best places in the uk to live, may of actually been number 1 but I can't remember.
