Why is there a light in the fridge but not in the freezer? Why do we press harder on the remote when the batteries are dying? Toasters? - No idea, I can burn it no matter what setting it is on Remote? - Because we are stupid Woods? - We're never wrong. Light not in the freezer however. Its because it is generally seen as a luxury in a freezer since things in a freezer take a longer preperation time, therefore you are likely to be in a lit room and therefore not need a light. However since a lot of things generally kept in a fridge are quick eat/drink and therefore are opened quite a lot when it is dark in the room. Therefore its simple cost saving from the manufacturers.
