You should be in line for some compensation for the inconvenience. Also add that friends on a husky forum are awaiting the outcome of your issues to establish if it's worth them placing an order or seeking an alternative from another manufacturer. Write/email the supplier saying you do not accept the goods and ask how they want the harness returned (at their expense).
