calvinandmommy
Well somebody from my husband's work needed somebody to take care their husky for about two months. So my husband said we would. We picked him up today. He is 4 years old and crazy hyper. He is really sweet but really needy. We could be keeping him but we aren't sure yet. calvinandmommy
His owners are moving to Georgia and think they can't take him along since it is so hot down there. At this point I really hope they take him back. Drake is a handful. And Calvin doesn't really like him. They get along great except when it comes to me. Calvin won't leave my side and has to lay on me when I'm on the couch or in bed. Drake is not very well disciplined either.
RedJasper
It's a shame they do not get a long beter. 2 months is a long time so hopefully they will work things out. He is a cutie though.
LittleLuka
Huskies can adapt just fine in warmer climates. I live in the south and it gets hot here and Luka is fine. I just make sure he has plenty of water, I don't leave him outside for long periods of time, and walk in the evenings or early mornings. LittleLuka
But I think you should keep him he's adorable
Emma
Good luck. It's early days and things should calm down eventually, once drake has settled and Calvins got used to things.
calvinandmommy
Well it's been a few days. Calvin and Drake have managed to beat each other up a few times. Drake is a bit of a brat and likes to steal toys that Calvin is chewing on and he tries to steal Calvin's food too. Other then that all seems to be going well. It is def an adjustment having two dogs lol. But so far I like it.
